Wait a minute, I thought Kenneth Cole was one of those mythical people that don't actually exist and are just a brand name, like J. Crew and Betty Crocker.

He's real.

My god, he's got the Cinzano too. Gotta love the leopard rug and mirror facing the bed. And the most popular Campari ad.

You'd think the guy is richer than God but his taste in design in cringe-worthy. He can't even afford some art made by human hands?

It's all part of the lifestyle--appallingly bland taste for young corporate types who go out and party on the weekends.

I much prefer partying on the weekdays.

Tuesday is my preferred day to party.

Interesting data points. On and off for the past 10 years, a group of friends has done a weekly happy hour. For a while on Wednesdays, but for the past 3 years on Thursdays. This week we chose Tuesday to accommodate the travel schedule of one of the regulars. I tried to convince my cohort to a long-term change to Tuesday, but they weren't to keen on the idea.

And the most popular Campari ad.

Save the chaise and the glass from the mirror -put the rest in the garage sale -this guy needs a designer -or if he had one -they should be watrboarded.

I am a big fan of modern interior design, I loved that San Francisco house from another threak while everybody else gave the usual "that is so boring and dull and ..." and my apartment has its fair share of Eames, Kartell, etc.

But that interior is just hideous. I hate it, I hate every bit of it (save the LC sofas and Barcelona chairs ... but I hate them in those rooms).

Ha ha, I was not expecting that, but it's perfect.

I'd like to thank the spammer who forgot his link for bringing my attention to this thread. I'm pretty sure the above is '70s-LES nostalgia, not Tuscan. And accent walls, yes. My dad did a salmon wall in a dark teal room in '93 or so.
