Sigma 10-20 @ 10mm and probably F5.6 or F8.

It's hard to fix... the sky was very blue and very cloudless and it was not quite the magic hour, so there were issues especially given that I could not bracket this photo and I did not have a tripod with me. I will print it and see how it looks and possibly make changes as needed. I'm looking to hang it in our new place.

I have very little dark room experience.. Or are you using CS?

I'm using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe CS3

I probably would have done what you already have done. Messed with the Hue, midtones and saturation in variations. Probably with a fine rather than coarse adjustment.
