Personal Training in 1/2 hour increments

Anyone ever done this? How much can one squeeze into 30 minutes. I've been considering a PT to help with training for a fight and he was talking about doing a killer workout in 30 minutes. I've never condensed a workout into that short of a time...

There are circuit routines. If you use a bunch of compounds and olympic lifts, you should you able to get that done in half an hour no problem.
