That's sort of the whole point of the site. I made some really shitty BBQ for years. Sure I would hit a home run every now and again, but I struck out quite a lot. So if I go step by step, pic by pic then maybe other people can learn to do it without all the mistakes I have made. And I'm not afraid to admit when I make something that does not come out well. I'm not a professional chef. I'm just an idiot with a camera, a grill and a blog. I've just been grilling for just under 20 years...
