Help me diagnose myself

I don't know anything on how a typical cold or flu feels like but if you guys could possibly help me out to figure whats wrong it would help a ton.
so had a basic stuffy nose and my cough went away so I felt great, but about 4 hours ago something hit me really hard, I can hardly move, controlling my body is difficult, my face and arms are really hot, also I feel like vomiting when I drink something.
The only thing I've had really to eat and drink in the past 5 hours, is water, a Tylenol, and a little bit of soda.

H1N1 for sure bro.

But seriously, since you've just asked for help diagnosing yourself, I'll go as far as to say that I've experienced those sorts of things before and a good night's sleep, perhaps with a sick day, plenty of orange juice, Kleenex, Mentholatum and Tylenol cleared it up pretty quickly.

Alright then, I'm just going to head to the hospital right now.

That's not how it got its name.

After reviewing your symptoms and consulting with my colleagues, we have come to the conclusion that you have Munchausen by proxy. You see, we (the internet) are the ones that are making you sick so that we can get sympathy from others.

My e-diagnosis is that you have a chronic interwebz dependency.

oh, wait - that's me.

Of course not; I just think it's a great name for a disease. I also like Rickett's and Rheumatism, but I tend to use those more often.

So, for this fellow, his diagnosis is French colonial soldier derived Legionnaire's.
