To be honest, I love okra, but I didn't even know Smokra was before you posted the recipe. I had to Google it. It has piqued my interest. The recipe they provide sounds good, but I think it would be really good with my deviled egg recipe. I'm definitely going to have to track down some Rick's.

I make omlettes. I make them all the time, but the best ones are when there is a specific ultra fresh vegetable around, and our favorite is the untrafresh corn.

vegetable, maybe a little ham or salami, cheese, eggs. hmmmmm
