I picked up one of the checked dress shirts during the Ebay sale. I've been wanting to try one of these for a while, so I figured I'd get a trial shirt. We'll see how it goes. I have one of their slim fit shorts and it fits reasonably well, but is a touch too much material in the lower section, so I have high hopes for this one.
I like that blue checked one but they don't have it in 14.5 x 32.
I agree with whoever said that the pocket is slightly too large, I also find that it's placed a little low on the chest but I'm short so that's probably a factor. Don't know if this is common knowledge but I emailed customer service asking when the extra-slim fits might be offered in non-iron and got this response:

extra slim is still too much material for me. although i'm asian and uniqlo shirts fit me best
extra slim fits me like a glove, but i wouldn't feel too bad if it's still a little bigger than you want. gives it a more classic look, and not so trendy. google anthony perkins for examples.

I have the same problem (and I am not Asian). The funny thing is that I have a few older slim-fit BB (when that was the slimmest) and they are slimmer than the new extra-slim-fit.

obviously brooks brothers think that ppl are getting fatter everyday
Anybody having problems with these shirts shrinking? I picked one up and thought the neck seemed big so I threw it in the wash - now the sleeves are too short.
Do you guys just end up buying one size longer to counteract this? I'm worried even with shrinkage, it will be too long if I go up in size.
