I've asked her what I should tip, and she said whatever's fine. Occasionally I'll throw her an extra buck, but not often enough that it loses its specialness.

Oh, and recently she's started initiating conversations with me every time I see her. Perhaps with her pregnancy, she might be fearing that her womanly wiles might be in decline, so she's trying to prove to herself that at least she's still attractive to lowly social lepers like me.
