isn't that pretty much asking does Wal-Mart sell something nice in quality?

At one point the Platinum line was made by Zegna, though to what standard I'm not sure.

No ownership experience but from what ive seen and handled they are quite nice. Dunno if its worth the price but TBH none on the list is if you think about it. Some are made by samuelshon i think and the higher lines are Isaia (phineas cole i think)

I'm guessing you don't agree. They do not have the best styling, but they are not mediocre shoes.

where would the SuitSupply "La Spalla", ie fully canvassed suit with better fabrics go? into the higher "Good" category?

It also has some handwork. I know the shoulders are attached by hand. Not sure what else.

would you put it in the "GOOD" category? (the half canvassed models have been put in the "satisfactory" bracket)

I have quite a few pairs of Aldens but quality control and finishing would not put them in the 'extremely well made' category. Just a standard Goodyear welt shoe. And personally a huge fan of the styling.

Should Lanvin be in here somewhere?
At least good, maybe very good I would think.

I added Lanvin to the list but it was removed as a separate brand. I would put it in brackets next to Caruso since they make the suits for Lanvin up to their Sartoria Parma standards.

Where would the Benjamin suits go? Are they a bit better than SuitSupply?
