Eating three-four eggs/day and two six hours before the test...

Total cholesterol: 159mg/dL (normal range less than 200)
Triglycerides: 120mg/dL (normal range less than 150)
Blood pressure: 124/80

And the funny thing...

Creatine kinase levels: 398 (normal range less than 202)

good for you. i love eating eggs and this is some pretty reassuring stuff

Good numbers. I love having 4-egg omelettes for breakfast but they kill my appetite for the rest of the day.

Not bad numbers, especially if you have a poor health/crappy diet/crappy lifestyle/shitty genetic history. But most docs would probably tell you to start getting those numbers down. I don't know how old you are, but those BP # are at the outer edge of normal and as you age they'll start to climb. And docs now want TC much lower than 200. What's considered OK/normal/healthy keeps dropping. 159's not bad but I'd still get it down. Ditto your triclycerides -- get it under 100. Can't tell you much about your CK #. I've had mine checked as part of looking at my kidney function but I forgot what the results were. My genetic profile is a nightmare and my docs have put the fear of God into me about my numbers on these tests. So my scores are all much much lower.

Nope. Usually lower. It's probably from overtraining (hence the CK levels).
^^ Unlikely that overtraining would increase your BP (when you're not exercising). You should measure it again a couple of times.

Why would it not? My CK levels gave me a good laugh and the doctor basically diagnosed me with overtraining syndrome.

Have you only recently started working out? What's your resting heart rate?

No, I've been doing it for my entire adult life. I usually work out until performance decreases then taper off to reduce fatigue. Sometimes I just keep going because I can't objectively tell myself when enough is enough. I should plan my workouts better, but I don't so I do dumb stuff and get injured and run myself into the ground. There's some days where I go to the track and can barely move, so I stretch and go row 10K instead since it's less anaerobic. I think people that have been exercising for a while have experienced this sometimes quite often: injured but refuse to stop and heal up. My resting heart rate is normally high 50s.

The particular BP reading and your exercise schedule are probably unrelated. Check your BP again, a few times.
