3-4 scrambled eggs and toast; orange juice is nice

this is usually all i have time for but like i long for the days when i used to roll out of bed at around noon and whip up bacon, a couple sausages, the obligatory creamy scrambled e., a glass of orange juice, a glass of apple juice and like 4 slices of buttered toast

pretty much keeps you going til nightfall

something simple and fast is glass of orange juice , a banana, and a granola bar or one of those bars.

Good coffee, two eggs overeasy with soft yokes, 1 piece of dry wheat toast, and a grilled slice of country ham or thick well cooked bacon. A biscuit or bite of crispy hash brown on the side is good, too. It keeps me full for six hours.

That's my go to when I travel. I can get it almost anywhere in the U.S.

I'm lucky to have a breakfast deli in my building so about 10 minutes before I leave for work I call down and order egg whites, turkey bacon, cheese in a wheat wrap. Only $3.99 ($2.99 if I did regular eggs instead of egg whites)

If I don't do that I just grab a Cliff bar and a Lipton Diet Green Tea at the 7-11 next to my office.

Espresso, nonfat greek yogurt, brown rice cakes, and orange juice.

Black strong tea or coffee. That's it. Although if I really felt like I needed it, i'd do a piece of meat or a couple eggs and some fruit.

2 fried eggs, 2 sausages, baked beans, mushrooms, preferably no grilled tomato and plenty of bacon.

4 slices of toast - buttered

Earl grey (some sugar and bit of milk), fresh orange juice

or some healthy brunch

Every morning: Oatmeal with chunky natural peanut butter and some honey. Win. Sometimes: Poached eggs served on buttered rye toast with carmelized onions.
