A weight routine for the gf?

Would anyone plz help me out with this? I somehow convinced my gf I know what I'm talking about (wtf?), and she wants me to design a dumbbell routine for her.

Being that I have big booty on the mind 24-7, all I wanna recommend her are sumo squats.

Yeah, mine doesn't either. She has been loving tabata intervals though, she's stuck with that more than anything. I guess I'll just tell her to stick with her tabata burpees, db thrusters and mountain climbers, and just throw in db sumo squats 3x a week for the butt.

I'm rather envious of her, her body changes FAST when working out, but then again, when she stops it reverts back very quickly too.

I just want her Latina thighs and booty to reach their full genetic potential

solution: feed her while she does nothing but front squats and deadlifts. 100% 1rm

Heheh. Well, she was very very skinny before she got with me, but unlike previous bfs, I actually feed her so she's put on a bit. I could care less about what she weighs, so long as her ass is big and has a good waist/hip ratio.

Of course, she's horrified that she's going to end up fat.

Unfortunately she refuses to go inside a gym, so back squats are out. Gonna have to settle with sumo squats holding a dumbbell. She was able to do 30 lbs ass to ground the other day, I'm quite proud of her.

And yeah, if that chick wasn't blonde I'd probably be fapping to that pic heh.

I don't think women should lift weights. They get bulky quickly.

Her muscles are no different than yours, both of you are human. Whatever works for men will work for women. From my experience, helping your gf workout usually never goes very well, and is almost always a waste of time. Typically, whether they be male or female, people who are serious enough about starting to workout will do the research on their own. I've yet to meet a single person that has asked me to design an entire routine/diet for them that has ever stuck with it.
