The Panamera design seems to be contagious

the front looks sexy and the rear looks like a bastardized panamera/CGT, two ugly cars which make one horrid car.

hideous

You've gotta be kidding me

I like it a lot, actually. The hatchback is much better executed than the Panamera's--the front and back of the car go together much better. The Veyron is more over-the-top, but does not distance itself from existing supercars by as great a margin as that by which this thing will exceed other luxury sedans.

Bwahaha -- they're gonna have to do better than that if they expect this to be taken seriously as a R-R Phantom-beater.

"Under the bifold hood is a new variant of the big 8.0-liter W16 engine that powers the Veyron. It eschews the Veyron's quad turbochargers for two-stage supercharging and is a flex-fuel design that can run on gasoline or ethanol. The engine will deliver around 800 horsepower, according to Autocar."

As expected, the interior is beautiful.

Bugatti have have gone and made a modern day Lagonda. One seriously ugly car.

I really don't think they used enough chrome.

But for the chrome, I actually like the shape of the car. It's a lot better looking than the Panamera design. And the interior is just beautiful.

Also looks a bit like the Chrysler Crossfire concept. The interior is gorgeous though.

Obviously they are taking styling cues from the classic Bugatti Atlantic, not the Chrysler (which probably tried to copy the Atlantic).

Bugatti was actually first and has done this design many times before in previous concept cars. Sadly, (i) the Panamera has been built, so this still looks like a knock-off, notwithstanding Bug's previous concept cars, and (ii) this is a really hideous interpretation of the design.

^ They are by Giugiaro. Gosh they're pretty old concepts now (a decade) -- they were the first designs conceived for Bugatti under VW.

I like those old style Bugatti wheels on the Concept vehicles.
