Mount Gay rum. $20ish for a handle (1.75 liters). Goes great in any rum-based mixed drink.

Mount Gay rum is indeed a great value. Svedka is a very drinkable dirt cheap vodka. For whiskey, I used to be able to get a 1L bottle of Jameson for $28. That's hard to beat. And as far as beers go, my local supermarket routinely has a 12-pack for $12.

Funny this came up. I'm drinking one of these right now; it's actually a 3 buck chuck. I bought it as a cooking wine originally, but I ran out of liquor, and beers just didn't do it for me anymore. I'm pleasantly surprised at the drinkability of this 3 buck wine.

Yeah, not much into beer unless its light and it's hot out. My favorite is cheap red wine out of small tumblers.

$4 and 7 days of work for some great pruno.

I can get a fifth of Buffalo Trace for $17, and the 107 proof Weller for $18 around here. Hard to beat that, especially when you consider that Jack Daniels is around $22.

Yep, you can get a liter bacardi white run or gold rum for $20 sometimes.

I also agree with the 3 buck chuck Trader Joe's wine.

Pio. I have the Fee Brothers West Indian Orange, Peach and Cherry Bitters. All freakin' fantastic. I've always been one to put a dash or four of Angostura bitters into my G&T, but I now use the Fee Brothers bitters for a different take. They lend an amazing aroma to any drink.

Because I am in Canada I couldn't order from Amazon and I had to order from www.kegworks.com, but found them to have very good prices.
