How about when you eat something really good, really fast (let's say a cheeseburger) and it gets stuck in your chest, between your throat and stomach. You take a drink of a nice cold beer and it works its way down and you get that nice warm feeling. I haven't had that one in a while.

It's not too crude, and yes, the "no-wipe-required" is fantastic. I used to get it 90% of the time in college. Now that I work, my diet is all messed up and I only get it 50% or so...

For me, catching some head from the GF when it's that time of the month for her.
