I haven't had enough high-end to have any kind of opinion that matters, but this is my third favourite behind Chimay and Delirium Nocturnum.

Relax bitch. If it is "good" to you, then explain why it is good. I think racer5 is the best craft beer out right now but for the next guy who hates hoppy brews hed prolly hate it. Reviewing also aids the development of your palate IMO.

It is one of my favorites as well. Also worth trying real Belgium lambics: http://www.beverageanswers.com/beer/lambic-beer.html

Here's a list of good lambics: http://www.beerinfo.com/index.php/pa...ambicales.html Also, I think this is a better version of whatt three philosophers is going for: St Bernardus Abt 12 http://www.sintbernardus.be/en/beers.html

I've been to the brewery, and the way they make it is quite interesting. To infuse it, they use a giant "tea bag" filled with spices that is dipped into the fermentation tank.

At least for micro breweries, I think this is pretty common. I've brewed a couple of beers and each one was done using this method.

It's like $6 at the Eagle. Good deal, IMO.

A few stores in the Detroit area have it and I have had it several times. I enjoy it but it is not one of my must drinks.

I really like this beer as well as the Witte also by Ommegang. I love the hint of cherry lambic they add to 3P, really makes it a unique beer imo.

Damn good beer. Among my top favorites ever since I tried it on a whim a couple of years ago. At least it used to be. I need to reacquaint myself . . .
