hey, these are pretty cool-- I'm going to pass on them, tho, as i need the box and bags (brand new) to store them while i'm away [hopefully from Plal...]

Can't you just store them in another box of similar size? What's so special about storing them in an EG box anyway?

I have these exact boots in brown. They're fantastic, but be warned that they're surprisingly tight.

what's the diff w/2 the two items? interesting that it's got a $30 diff.

for me, the storage in boxes is just an added convenience-- actually, the boots i showed have an indentation on the toe, and i'm not certain what the difference is between the two "labels" on the insoles. This is about the only time in my life where i can afford to buy Edward Green boots at near-retail, so i'm trying to get them from plal.

The less expensive pair has a "dent" in the toe (per the description) of the right boot.

here's another option for those in the 10.5 American club.....I heard these were pretty nice.

I don't know, the seller has no feedback. If (s)he allows local pick up, that's a good price.
