My New Job

I just got a new job about a month ago and I absolutely love it. I work at The Westin Hotel in Jersey City, NJ and it has been a great ride so far. Having a job has allowed me to go back to living the lifestyle that I want to live and to also try and adjust a few things about myself. I am not sure if any of you have stayed here before, but if you have, then I hope you come back and visit! I can't wait to get my first bespoke suit for my birthday.

Grandpa mode on: Don't forget to save for emergenies and not just for vacations and fancy stuff. It's always nice to have a cushion.

Yeah I save 60 percent of my check per week. It may not be much...but it is enough for me ya know.

Is it the one on Washington Blvd? That's a few buildings away from my office. Do they have a bar in their?

Yes this is that one. We have a bar in the hotel called the Half Moon Lounge.

This isn't the one right next to Newport Mall/Pier, right? If so, nice. Good location. Live 2 blocks away.

Westin is a solid hotel. I love the heavenly beds, and the service is great. Stayed with them many times.

If this is true over time, it's leaps above what the average American saves. Sounds like you are doing pretty well in this department. Also, congrats on the job!
