"The new license was granted to Dean J. Poll, who runs the Central Park Boathouse restaurant."

Not exactly an upgrade.

Both places should be left for the wildlife.

It's so bad that they've reduced themselves to having parties on weekends. Ed hardy, european tourists, velvet rope and all.. sad.

The place crawls with douchey, drunk Euro-scum on Thurs night - Sunday. Really kind of a blight.

I've never been, and can't understand that kind of place. It seems people who go say things like "the food is bad but you've got to go once for the experience." The experience of paying too much for bad food? There's no excuse in a city like New York. Give the license to Danny Meyer.
