Thanks guys. This is my first SNS knit...glad I got the size right.

I'm 6'4" and normally a size 40L or 42L depending on the maker, I assume I'd need an XL in the Stark. I'll add to the praise and say ChetB's fit above looks phenomenal, but since I'm a bit taller, I think the new Stark may be too short for me. Is there anywhere that I can find the older longer Stark? I scoured eBay and SF and can't find any of the older models in XL. Or will they ever re-release the older fit again?

There is still a Stark at End I'd like to get, but I can't seem to find a promo code. Does anyone know of any? Thanks!

What do you weigh? At your size, I think the XL would be really long. Unless you have a big chest/shoulders, the old fit L would be better. I'm 6'3" /175 typically a 40, and the old L was plenty long. An old XL would have gone below my ass.

Best bet will be scouring eBay and B&S here.

I'm like an inch taller but 20 lbs heavier than you, I'm around 195-200 most of the time. Got a little bit over 200 around the holidays but I'm shedding those few extra lbs pretty quickly. Most of my suit jackets have a BOC measurement of 31.5"-31.75", and my chest/shoulder aren't huge, so maybe a L would work. Either way, the old fit is proving hard to find anyway, so I might be out of luck. Maybe I could try an XL in the newer fit, but I have a feeling that will be too short. I live in a warmer climate and my main use for a Stark would be as a transitional outerwear piece, I wouldn't be wearing a jacket or coat over it.

^^old XL is going to be too big for you through the chest

best bet will prob be to try a couple sizes in the new fit and go with what works. return what doesn't

Thanks for the info, I think I'll try an XL in the new fit since I read that's cut a little slimmer than the old fit. If it's too short but fits well everywhere else, I'll keep searching for an L in the older fit.

Usually I'm between S and M.

I wear an M in this season Stark. What size should I take for the fisherman crewneck ?

Plus, Does it stretch over time ? Since the stark doesn't, unlike most of wool knitwear... (but maybe  because of the unusual weave)

Looking for old fit Starks in medium!!

Memento in XXL measurements;

Chest:20
Shoulder: 18.5
Sleeve: 27
Length:26

Fits like an big l or slim xl. So damn confusing, from measurements I thought it would fit but too big in chest an I have large chesticles.
