I just ordered one. Either I got the last one or there was a glitch and my order will get cancelled.

Guess I should have looked more closely before posting. Sorry. :)

Does anyone know where I can find the Stark in Navy Mix in size XL? Can't find it anywhere. Thanks.

I like that sns added a lining to the reference cardigan. I think it's an acceptable way to make up for a flaw on an otherwise beautifully weaved knit. The marked cardigan had a similar weave and suffered from the same issue where little openings in between the weave allow inordinate amounts of wind to penetrate underneath the sweater

That is a nice touch. I have the Paragon from last year, which is a similar style knit, and my only gripe are those gaps. They're super pronounced/felt when worn with just a T underneath.

Still, I love that pattern.

Sometimes I think it looks like some sort of armor.
A badass Danish fishermans armor.

Saw an actual fisherman wear a SNS turtleneck the other day.

The refference needed that lining bad, I remember trying one on and the pattern on my shirt was visible through.

@NAMOR How did you size on the reference? and measurements please.

I went tts with a Large. Reference cardigan fits comfortable unlike my new XL stark which fits a little tight across the upper body. I would also add that you might want to size down 1 size in the reference if you're rail thin.

if i had a choice, I would probably have gone with memento over reference for a couple reasons:

  • reference "jacket" has structured shoulders akin to a suit jacket. prefer a natural drape on my knits
  • memento features a consistent weave throughout the body and shoulder. reference uses the "marked" weave throughout the body and switches to a plain horizontal weave in the shoulder and elbow (this actually might be a good thing to reduce bulk)
  • memento $150 less retail sticker price
  • memento has pockets!!!!!!
  • reference jacket bulkier however the lining is a big plus

memento:
