SNS Herning- fits? - Page 191

This is a Large fisherman crew purple melange on me... what do you guys think of the fit? I kind of think it's too tight in the shoulders/traps... I wonder if an XL would be better?

honestly, based on the shoulder seam, that looks good to maybe even a little big. you're gonna be swimming in the XL and sns stuff is supposed to fit slim. think the L is your best option.

I bought the purple melange stark in M and L and decided to keep the M. Does anyone want the L? I paid retail for it so I'll start there and make a thread if there's no interest. Sold out everywhere I think.

Looks good EA, I have the same color. I think it would look even better if the bottom button was undone but that is a personal preference.

Fisherman fit is great.

If anyone picked up size L heavy knit (Stark/Fisherman crew/etc) on sale and its not working out, PM me.

Rennavate, agreed...looks good. Are you really a 38 like it says in your profile? Doesn't compute. No way you'd be a XL. I have a fisherman full zip in M and it's a great fit. And I'm a 39-40. You're giving me hope that the Paragon L I picked up might work. smile.gif

I'm a 40 chest now, just measured. Chest's increased as I've been working out over the last few months.

Still not sure whether I'm going to keep it or not...

It looks good, man. The XL would look good too, or if you were a 42 in a L, it would look good. Those Fisherman turtlenecks are the most forgiving fit ever, it's the combination of the heavy knit, the stretch, and the shoulder space. Do what feels right.

Don't sweat the dropped shoulder comments (a XS would still have a dropped shoulder) or the full zip comments (no hate, but who decided the greatest sweater ever needed more late 90s Banana Republic?)

Appreciate the feedback. Will continue to consider keeping it.

42" chest, should I go for a L or XL?
