Fit seems really long, but it may just be how the pants are riding

For it being the Triple Blue updated fit that is supposed to be shorter, yes it is 'really' long!

it sounds like you have no fucking clue how the stark is "supposed" to fit. it's supposed to be long.

dus out here looking for cropped cardigans.

for example I think the fit posted a page ago is actually pretty bad. way too short. it's going to look ridiculous with any normal length shirt (aka a shirt that doesn't end at the belt line). I'm short as hell and wear the old fit stark and think it looks just fine.

To each his own, I think your fit is shitty as you're swimming in the thing!  I know the Stark was intended to fit tall Danes, so when you put an 'old' fit on a midget it isn't exactly fitting how it was 'supposed' to fit!

I assume SNS had a reason for updating the fits to be shorter, namely shorter clientele not wanting to wear dresses....before any stretching, mine is already covering an oxford and I'm hoping it doesn't stretch much as I can't think of any shirts I wear being any longer than that

to each their own, but you're wrong.

Mikey's fit is great. It works for that sweater in that context. He's not even remotely swimming in it.

Cellni: If "to each his own" is your POV on fits, don't call out others for wearing things differently than you would choose to.

Also: you really will never wear a shirt that extends below the top of your belt? That's gonna make tucking stuff in a challenge.

I don't understand how it's "supposed" to fit long, when it's made for people who are way taller than average. It's obvious they started making them shorter to properly fit average height people.

It started off as me saying that Sung's fit looks really long for being a 'new' fit that is supposed to be shorter! Then Mikey exploded and gave his opinion on my fit so I felt obliged to do the same for him!

Its obvious that SNS felt the 'old' fits were too long or they wouldn't have changed them!!

I don't understand your 'Also' point as I'm wearing an untucked oxford in my fit pic...

I think the Stark looks good as a long cardigan, but this point is spot on. They probably did not make Starks to fit as long as advocated in this thread.

I guess you just got your stark. Yours also would stretch. When I first got it, I felt it was too short for my taste but it stretched out perfectly. I have 4 other sns sweaters and all of them stretched out vertically also horizontally.
