Thanks. It looks good as is but I was hoping to have more of a "slouchy" fit w a longer length. Current length looks more formal.

Oh well, still like it.

PSA: If 30" is "old" length then you can get the Navy at Gargyle right now for 20% off.

I spoke to SNS (the owner's wife) a long time ago and they told me that it was meant to be a form fitting sweater and not slouchy. You can see this from the high slim arms and really tapered body. The long length is because they're all really tall over there. I've got a 42" chest and approx 32-33" waist too and they recommended a size M based on fit pics. Fitted, but not nipple revealing tight. Maybe a tad bit slimmer than the fit pics on Stoy Munkholm's site.

Ok guys I need your opinion. I tried on an OG stark today in a size large and it fit pretty good IMO. I'm about 6'0 165 and I think medium would be too tight. What do you guys think? Sorry for the shitty Iphone pics.

26" sounds really short my medium is i'm guessing around 28 or so, if you hang it will probably stretch

Yah, I actually went back to an old BS listing w a medium stark and he listed the measurement as 28" inches base of collar to hem.

So it looks like I have a "new" stark and the length is roughly 2" shorter for the new models.

Wack.

Any thoughts about the Ideal sweater?

How is the fit of the sweater compared to the Modulo sweater?

I've been telling you guys about the tall Danes... Anyway, I inspected the tag for my black melange, and it actually says AW11, so it must have been older stock. The arms are dead on for me (I have a pretty long wingspan), and the length is about 28-29". I could definitely see how this would look good shorter as well - though it would not elongate my body as much.

Question:

I usually wear a size smaller than the model on Tres Bien and for the SNS Herning, he wears a M.

^This guy's measurements of the M says s2s is 16. Isn't that too small for a medium? The s2s on my shirts are 17 so the 16 s2s won't fit me. If anyone here owns a medium or small sns herning and would be able to post measurements, it would be greatly appreciated

I'll post some of mine when I get home, someone may beat me to it though.

Remember the sweaters are suppose to be fitted.

Have not tried the Modulo but I love my Ideal. Lighter weight then the Stark/Fisherman for sure, but easy to layer and nice slim fit--fits slimmer that those chunky knits IME.

Have it in sea blue and now want it in navy or concrete too....
