This is a personal preference. The pullover is true turtleneck/rollneck (depending on where you are from), so that's a style/fit thing only you can speak to. The full zip can serve almost as a jacket thanks to its, wait for it...full zip. You can also have a little more flexibility w/ the neck choosing to either zip all the way up, or have it lay like almost like a collar. Also, some people tend to really look good in turtlenecks and others look, well, dorky. That one's on you, too. Or on us, if you post a pic.

I have the full zip. I love it. I have a Stark. I love that one too.

Porter put up some sns including gray stark, looks like it is shorter.

Guys, the triple blue is at least 2-3 inches shorter and has slimmer sleeves than my Stark from last year in same size (small). It's also darker than it looks on the TBS site, more of a dark navy with a very subtle marl of lighter blue (I can't find the third blue color). That said, I like the fit; slimmer and more fitted (read: not tight/snug) than the stark from last year. For reference, I'm 5-11, 155 with a long torso and the length hits about halfway down the back pockets of my unsagged low rise denim.

I can't speak to other SNS pieces from this season, like the new stuff posted over at Mr. P, or even other Starks from this season, as this may well have been a "special makeup" for TBS. But the fit and color on this is nice, I like it and will keep.

thanks for the info. Not that I need another Stark, but size small, which is much easier to get your hands on, sounds like a viable option for me now. I went with XS last year mainly for the shorter length since I'm not tall.

Sorry for the incorrect information y'all. Maybe the guy from TBS incorrectly looked at an old one (or was lazy and told me what he thought was right without checking). It does look like even the ones at Mr. Porter are shorter. The measurements they supply for the back length of the newly listed gray Stark are several inches shorter than the back length they list for the blue Stark at the bottom which I believe they have had for awhile.

Either way, I am a proponent of them shortening the Stark but am a bit concerned they went too far.

Man, shorter stark that is a tiny bit more fitted would make the M perfect for me as it was 2 inches or so too long. See fit dec 2011 I think

they certainly seem to have got smaller. this is the mr porter grey in a medium. fit is good i think ( i'm 5'11, 170 lbs) but not sure about colour: the variegated threads make it look a bit high street-ish. also, is there a way of training the collar to lie flat as i've got it in the picture (it popped up again moments later). maybe just wet it and mold it into shape as with leather?
