Apex looks pretty long from the photos on adrenalinegranville, any idea how much shorter it is than the Stark? Concrete looks great.

Wow, SNS really upping their game.

those mixed colors are amazing. and would downplay the "i am playing dressup like a norwegian fisherman" vibe of the sea blue pieces.

for those of you with the marked cardigan, how large does it run?

Could a 42 chest fit in it?

I'm thinking about dyeing my Clay Amalgam to another color maybe Burgandy. Some one talk some sense into me?

Btw, it smelled like wet animals while washing my sweater. haha.
Also, the sweaters really shrink up when washing and drying. I wish I would have taken measurements post-wash.

I did. I wanted to shrink it actually! haha. It worked.

Can you go through your process and the results?  Did it shrink evenly (seams vs non-seams, length vs girth)?  I would love my stark to be 1-2 " shorter, but couldn't spare a whole lot in the chest.  It's pretty insane how long the size large is, 30+ inches when worn

^ Inverallan did something similar a couple of FWs back, I believe. High demand, no web presence -- presumably to limit contact to stockists only and not individual customers.

This is stupid business strategy. Give the consumer as many options as possible, let them buy where they want. As long as you're not undercutting you vendors, you build your base, not reduce it. And you can be a source of reliable information about the brand. Lame.

But I still love them.

What do you guys think about the prices they put on their items? Are they fairly priced? I know this could be relative but just wanted to see what you guys think.


Great ever since I joined sf I hate just about everything I see in malls, with a few exceptions that are always ridiculously expensive.

I think they're fair. The few pieces I've handled (Naval, Stark, Amalgam, Modulo, Ideal) seemed worth it.

I think some others brand that would do these weaves and knits would charge 1.5 times to double the price SNS charges IMO. There are exceptions but I think they do fairly well with their pricing. Quality (I only own a Stark BTW) is great.

Again, anyone know if Tres Bien will restock Starks for the coming seasons?
