quick fishtail fit pics; was hoping to find someone this week who is a true 48, as the sample is about that and I'm a real 44-46, so it's way oversized on me about an inch everywhere. It kind of gives you an idea of the length and volume of the coat though, it's hitting slightly above the knee on me and that's pretty good, there's some leeway. There's not going to be a need to MTM these because the fit is kind of free-sized. no, I somehow missed that with my in-house photographer. I'm gonna try to find someone who is the right size for the sample this week and get better photos taken. Kinda just wanted to show the length here today. The inside is not much to look at in photos, you'd see a bunch of sateen really. The liner jacket goes down almost to the notch in the back.

For now it's just natural. There's a range of shades in the fur that the camera is not picking up anyway, so don't worry about that. Also, as far as colors go, they will be locked in via the shell color you choose, because there's a huge mix n match of materials in this thang and it makes matching varsity materials look like child's play. Seriously, for every color I offer, I gotta run up custom rolls of that sateen quilt at $300/pop, so there's considerable front-end cost on these things already. So here are the colors on the Fishtail: -Black (melton wool 'highmere') -Cracked pepper (95% wool/5% silk) -Navy -light grey -olive green -Brown (decided on offering this because it'll share the lining sateen with the cracked pepper) As for trims, there is only black/brown leather available, so I will make the call on that. Navy will get black leather, grey will get brown, brown and pepper will get brown obviously, olive gets brown. As for the best colors? I think cracked pepper will be legit, black on black is nice obviously, navy will be legit.

also, I might choose to put horn buttons on some colors and ebony wood on others, to match as needed. Black vs brown there. I forgot to say the brown highmere color combo will be sick as hell too, might actually end up being the best.

Navy wool coats are always noble looking. Plus this will have the hidden black leather and horn buttons, so it will go with your black jeans and stuff surprisingly well. That's me setting you up for that always hard to pull of navy on black combo.
