Aj_del, I have totally ripped off your idea, but in buffalo hide for a vintage texture/grain with horn buttons to match. It should look totally sick if it comes out the way I'm imagining. Hopefully it'll still look classy enough to wear with trousers most of the time.

Baffalo was also a purely practical choice for the sake of this tropical climate and the annual rainy season.

But in your opinion, buttons are OK on a suede jacket ?

I think the A-1 jacket was originally made in leather only. Anyways it is now being made in a lot of different fabrics in Japan

hmmm. I like it much better in the suede.

It's not like i find it horrible, just maybe that it draws an allusion in my mind to leather blazers. which are horrible.

Those look allright, i just think it's much better in the suede.

New shirts look fantastic. Will definitely be copping a red OCDB.

Color looks sweet. I'd be all over that if it was closer to fall, going to be 70s all week for me -not very conducive to jacket purchasing. Are there plans to put up pics of shirts from the other fabrics soon? Been holding off ordering hoping to see the shadow plaid and a few others.
