We have a jacket for you made.... but I didn't like the way it came out and so I think you and Charly should maybe sit down and talk about measurements one more time and we are gonna make a quick new remake on it. Your measurements are so small that the sizing is sensitive to the proportions and final outcome, whereas bigger jackets aren't so affected; email Charly and he'll give you the rundown.

Excel spreadsheets + iPhone excel reader are our savior.

If you want short shallow gussets that wrap around the sleeve back, or if you want long gussets that reach all the way down to the kidney patch, you want gussets + 4 panel back + kidney panel, you can have all of that. Black zippers, no. I have contact both Riri and Lampo about some Toj industrial strength custom orders but that is still up in the air and definitely not 100%, because they both go through Italy and Italians seem to be the chillest people on earth when it comes to work. I expect to get these catalogs and samples sometime next year.
Is a DR (ie current DR; not sure what other changes you have in mind for the next design you're doing) with band collar, no belt, stitched down epaulets (like on the bomber) possible? Don't say things about black zips like 'maybe in a year'... I'll wait that long just to see.

Yeah we can do the former all now. Black zips though man, I know, I know, you know.

I will make more than just jeans probably, because I've spent half of my life looking for a skinny black overdye Type 3-style jacket that fits my lanky frame, and a high quality version would be an accomplishment.

Yes! I would pay anything for this, especially if it didn't end at bellybutton level like many repros do. Not too long, but like 1 inch longer than average. Would also buy indigo if available.

+1. I think that peacoat looks best with trousers like that, rather than jeans and stuff.

Trousers are a bit too slim for my tastes, but yeah, it dresses up well.

shinchrono is 5'7", btw (blew my mind), and the peacoat is an XS with sleeves slimmed 1.5", standard body length.

^ Ah, sorry, corrected. Did TOJ make it that way, or did you have it tailored?

It was done by ToJ. IMO, 2" or even 2.5" off is the way to go for a truly slim sleeve, for those who want that (though I realize that isn't the intention of Drew's pattern, and don't blame me if it doesn't fit!).
