What do you want? A shirt covered in Lacoste logos?

I agree that the white collar band may be a bit too contrasty, and it seems to show a lot especially when the top two buttons are undone. I've had shirts with this white interfacing, and I didn't really like it personally.

yeah I know, there are a **** ton of details, lol, I am to blame for that, but I think if you look at it as a shirt and not somethign to analyze bit by bit (I realize I am on styleforum) you will realize it's just a cool casual oxford you will find yourself wearing enjoyably for a long time. I think that is an inherent value in oxford shirts in general, and it was a design priority.

Also got the FB notification, impolyt. A welcome surprise.

I like the pocket design a lot, and I don't typically like pockets. Pending measurements I'm in, even for a gray one. But definitely get the neck sizes squared away; 16.5" on XS is huge.

+1 on aqhong's comment on non-plaid flannels. I have one of MJK's houndstooth flannels from last fall that I love solely for the pattern.

Using black calf as the base didn't work either huh? Hmmm... Yeah, if it doesn't work in a bit, I'll probably go with black, and probably in the standard configuration, early in the New Year.

Here is an idea. The leather equivalent of 21 ounce denim. A jacket made from Bridle leather. It would be, literally, leather armour (AC=8). The stuff would take 100 years to break in, and there would be significant chafing for the first 5.

That leather, in black, is already available in the black calf i use in the DR, I could make it work in the Moto if I begged and pleaded for them to skiv it on the seaming and stuff so the seams lay flat. It really is as thick as tooling leather used in wallets and stuff (a jacket in your size would weigh 2.3-2.5 kilos, so it even takes a little time to get used to throwing on your back), it's waxy as as hell off the bat and then subdues to a really classic but obviously stiff looking calf, people who have gotten it (aeglus, reprehensible, biscotti, others on this forum) so far will attest that it will literally take 100 years to break in and the first 5 will be tough. Aeglus is really beating the **** out of his jacket but I don't think it's gonna bloom hard for some real time and I bet he will get a motorbike in the meantime, I haven't even told him of this bet yet since I haven't seen him since, but I have 10 riding on it...

16.5" is huge, I'm hoping a medium will have close to a 15.5" neck. It seems there are a lot of large neck ocbds around (boo, mjk, wvg), so if you make shirts with more normal sized necks that would be awesome (or even do a small/large neck option).

^ MTM to whatever sizes you want, anywhere on the shirt, has been on the table since day one. In fact, I can start those now if you know what you want.

I'm thinking a really slim completely blacked out with black zips & snaps winter weight MA-1 would look sick along with a navy that's almost royal blue MA-1 would also look pretty nice.
