Back in the 1990s, there was this little bar in a 'burb of Detroit (Taylor, more commonly referred to as "Tailor-tucky"), and the beer was $1.50 a full pitcher, with a $2.00 lunch plate of home made hamburger, home cut fries, home made soup...the owner's wife did all this home made stuff everyday, so was a great lunch spot.
