I'm with you. I can't stand liquid yolks. I usually do a 2 egg omollet if I have it for breakfast. If I'm eating them boiled I usually prefer no yolk, I just don't like the grainy texture.

I eat 4 eggs scrambled with some cheese and a dab of hot ketchup for dinner pretty often. I eat this a lot after a workout. It's cheap, it's healthier than ordering Thai or whatever else I might want to get delivered.

Sometimes I'll just boil up like 6 and eat them throughout the day, pour tapatio on them.

I eat like, 6 whenever I actually eat eggs.

I usually eat 2-4 hardboiled eggs a day, but I remove the yolk, as I don't like the taste or texture. I haven't noticed any adverse effects. Last time I checked my cholestrol was like 150 or so.

Somewhere between zero and twelve, probably averaging around two or three. I don't get how you would set an upper limit on them.
