I think I know the solution for this one but wanted to check with others on this board...
A friend of mine - a good 15 years older - indicated he recently quit his daily walks due to lower back pain afterward. He already consulted his GP who advised him to "quit the walks"... I am guessing that if he does a few hamstring stretches before and after his walks, plus one or two simple strengthening exercises like the "cat & camel", he ought to be okay.
He's totally clueless about any basic stretches so I'm going to pick out a few and either show him or provide him with instructions.
Any advice?
