What's the nutritional lowdown on cheese?

I get most people advising me to limit my consumption due to the relatively high saturated fat content. However, some have indicated that the calcium content somehow counteracts the negative effects of the saturated fat. French Paradox bullshit?

yea bro the calcium counteracts and blocks ur body from absorbing the sat fat so ur body only absorbs the unsat fat which it burns as energy

Cheese tastes good and it has calories. That means it's good for me.

I'm sure the nutritional lowdown on cheese is the same for every single other food out there. If it fits into your daily macros, then it's fine.
