Leather Gun Hoslter type accessory

Can't for the life of me find any info on this leather accessory. Anybody have any info on it? who makes it? is it a wallet / card holder.

i really like the vintage film noir detective feel to it.. lol

Ehhhh bad idea unless you carry a gun. Shoulder holsters print and it might cause you much grief.

Appendix IWB carry for me, although in the winter, shoulder holsters might not be a bad idea.

But holsters or even holster-simulating accessories for fashion?...fail.. what is next, wearing a carpenter's tool belt to hold your phone, keys, and sunglasses?
