I just picked up Liars Poker based on all the recomendations here.

in terms of entertainment value, all non-fiction:

liar's poker
hedge hogging
market wizards (most of the series are good)
random walk down the wall street
graham's security analysis
options, futures and swaps

The Money Culture by Michael Lewis.

Not as good as Liar's Poker, in my opinion, but interesting.
