Motivation.

Thread Starter
Since last October until around August, I had lost about 55 pounds. I'm still overweight, but a hell of a lot less overweight. Went from 275 down to 220. Since then, weight loss has dropped off and I've become more lax with my diet. Still running and I'm on my feet for 12-14 hours everyday, so I'm not gaining any weight. Just not really losing any more.

Make me feel like shit about myself so I'm motivated to get back on top of it.
Thx.

You're perfect just the way you are Beauty is only skin deep. You've had a good run, might as well let things be for a while. You're working so much it doesn't matter what the ladies think of you.

You fat fuck! Think about it, you'll be working for the rest of your life with rich and fatty foods. You'll always be doomed as a fat fuck. P.S. let me know when you open up your own restaurant.

55 lbs lost is nothing to scoff at. You can surely be proud of that... If IRC you ran XC in HS so you aren't exactly after a pipe dream.

If you have to take some 'time off' and stay at a consistent weight, then so be it. Let the motivation find you. IMO if you push too hard you can break and binge.

You know what you are capable of, keep that in mind.

Oh dear, That's very bad that you lost 55 pounds anywhere. But just try to get it but if it is not get don't worry... don't take tension. It' s good that your wait is lost but for sertain level its very good but don't make it faster. Because its not good for you and not good for your body as well. So please take care of it. Thank you.

Take your time. Let your weight settle around 220 for a month or so, get into your new work rhythm, and once the chill comes back into the air, lace them up again and get back under 200.

Yep - we've become a nation of big, soft pussies. Have some pride and get back in shape. For crying out loud, you're are in your early twenties, if I'm not mistaken. Get the f*ck off the internet and into the gym. Good luck - we're rooting for you. Make us proud.
