If things end up not working out for you, don't let her trick you with "well since we live together we are married by common law anyway". That is simply not true regardless how long you live together.

Private space is a must. Don't go to sleep while still angry with each other and wanting to argue - get it out that night and apologize for any harsh words before bed. The honeymoon period after moving in together can be quite fun.

Set up a date night every week if you are both busy people.

I realize this sounds superfluous since you are now living together, but trust me -- it's not.
