If you do full squats (use a lighter weight) where you go as far down as possible - thighs beyond parallel - you work the hams/glutes more. Deadlifts, especially romanian or straight leg will build your hams and glutes. You can also do leg curls if you don't have a place to deadlift/don't know good form. I had been working out for 5-6 months when I hooked up with this one chick. She said she loved my ass and kept grabbing it. I didn't really know I had developed some sort of curvature, but, lo and behold, I did.
