I can wager that the McQueen coat's look would not suprise anyone if someone wore that coat in a Korean subway, but Korea has lots of weird coats and it's been some years that girls started to wear cape.

I have a proper 1890s frock coat, but I only wear it for costume purposes - largely when I teach classes on Paris in the C19th.
