it is not lucrative, but when you do bargain hunting and try to sell, it can give you the extra dollars on the side for things you wouldnt have budgeted into your monthly expenditures originally. but then again, it has to be a hobby, or it wouldnt be worth doing it.

Ok, so I'm starting to consider a more long-term approach.

Does anyone have any experience or insight for real estate appraisal? Is this something that can be done as a second, or part-time, job?

I realize that this will take a lot of time/money/effort, but it sounds like an interesting and lucrative field.
