Good lord that's ridiculous. But I have to ask, why can't two one-way streets face towards (or away from) each other? Sure, it's a pain, but it's not like cars would drive the wrong way.

Only lasted one day as the Hauts-de-Seine préfet (the regional chief of police) annulled Catoire's decision and the Clichy section continues to be two-way
