He's on Conan right now. All he does is tell incredibly stupid jokes, dress like a slob, and interrupt other guests.

I don't get him, very dry humor with no timing and no punchline, he makes even sarah silverman looks like a legit comic.

I think that's his schtick... being dry with bad timing, sort of like how Gilbert Gottfried's is being loud and obnoxious.
