Disappointing Summer

This summer has been so crappy and rainy, I feel like we haven't had a summer at all. I can't count the number of times I wanted to go out, but looked at heavy downpours and stayed inside instead. I played golf yesterday and it was like playing in a swamp. I'm moving to California!

Sorry, just needed to vent.

If we had a normal summer I would be soaking in the nasty humid dc weather. No thanks. Enjoyed this one.

+1 The summer here has been quite mild by Georgia standards, and you won't hear any complaints about it from me.

New Orleans is still have humid as fuck. Was in my friend van yesterday and he had no AC. It was brutal. Canal/French Quarter AC was blasting, so that felt good lol. This summer went by very fast for me. I was taking classes and was working full time. Only went on vacation once

Hot and dry, more so than our usual summers. Didn't get out to play golf at all, but I did swim quite a bit.

This week is going to be perfect weather, mid 70s and sunny.

summer's been mild by LA standards too, tho we're now catching up with a heat wave of 100+ degree for the past week. but overall it's been nice

Due to unfotreseen circumstances, I had to stay in S. FL for most of the summer where it was 95 F + 90+% humidity at 6:00 AM. Was not very fun.

We had incredibly mild weather in Ohio. I think there were only five days on which the temp broke 90. Very little rain.

Don't move to Santa Rosa. It's been too fucking hot here.

Oh, I guess I should have mentioned that I live in New Jersey close to NY. Over here it rained throughout all of June, I think we got a sprinkling of non-rainy days in July. Then August it pretty much rained one day every weekend. We live for our summers up here since once Halloween hits, it's 6 months of 40 degree or colder weather.

I did go to Minnesota this summer and it was freakin hot over there. They were complaining that it was like drought conditions. I'd be happy to give them our rain.

+1. This weather has been nice. I enjoy the milder summers. I saved money on electric. I could have done without of the rain early on, but I don't enjoy 90+ with humidity. If that was my bag I would live in Florida.

I'm in MN now and weather has been perfect, 75 F and such. IN FL, it rained every single day from 2-4 pm for the last 5 months.

It has been a very nice, mild summer down here. I think Al Gore's movie has finally gotten people to wake up to global warming and we're already seeing positive results.

I ws only dissapointed by a few weeks in August when it reached a freakish 95+ degrees.
