As some of you know, I'll be appearing on the Today show this week as part of the Esquire BDRM segment. I was notified a couple of days ago that I'm supposed to bring two outfits: one to wear on stage, and one to 'lounge' in. I have no idea why they want me to do this, what it entails, and why I can't just wear the same outfit the whole time. Neither Esquire nor the Today show has responded to my questions.

I know what I'm going to wear on stage, but what the hell do I wear to 'lounge' in? I'll probably just disobey and wear one outfit, but I thought I'd pose the question here: what would a Mafoofan-appropriate lounging outfit look like?*

*I will probably ignore all of your advice and input, but thank you.

What about a blazer, pants, bd shirt, and your longwings?

Umm. Would it suffice to shift my tie over a little or de-puff my pocket square?

I will offer you the same answer that I provided SoCal with in another thread: condoms, lubes, poppers and 500 euro notes

Hmm. Lounging, eh? I suggest your "uniform" for the lounge outfit, and your sleek double-breasted suit for the stage. Of course, you're going to ignore us all, so what do we know? What shoes will you wear?

We all know I am merely the product of Styleforum's collective will. Ask the FNB crowd. They know all about it.

This is my normal outfit and what I plan to wear on stage. Can I lounge in it?

Lounging isn't really lounging without a monocle.
