A Lange, whichever one has the fewest complications, I like them simple looking.

I'm surprised by your choice of such an eye-catching watch as the Journe. It's technically fascinating even to a non-watch person like myself, yet all those dials put me off. Not that anyone has any reason to care about my opinion -- I just type out loud from time to time.
