Our new place has a gas stove, and there's no way in hell I'm leaving my cooking equipment behind. DNW Food Pron Co. lives on.

Good luck in DC, my neck of the woods!

There was one place I used to go to up on 86th, but most of the rest were scary.

Kwilk, Wasabi is on 86th; it's decent, but not great. Sukura is probably the best....71st and Keystone. Honestly, the best sushi I've ever had, NYC included, was in Tulsa, OK.

Looks like I won't be going to Sushi Yasuda today after. Lunch appointment just canceled.

Fuji on 71st. Their Brookside location is not nearly as good, imo.

This is excellent advice in almost all situations, even beyond restaurants.
