+1, I'm still not sure how that happened again... I'm pretty sure I said that you should go in and either walk out with a phone, or your money. Tell them they can't hold your money without giving you a product, the money's not theirs. all they've given you is a "promise" but it's not like they even advertised that you'd have to make a deposit or something... butter them up by saying that they can call you when the product's in and you'll come buy it, but the transaction is incomplete and so far the haven't fulfilled any of their claims. the guy just basically brushed you off again like before and you fell for it? also, if it's not even the owner, then he doesn't really even care. Either speak with the owner or tell the guy to give you your money back, it's not his, and if you have to talk to the owner to get it back he's going to get in shit. Anyway, like i said, I wouldn't
worry too much about this, but I still think it needs to be dealt with.
