This was a gift from my boss. I kept it for a few months before I just sold it. It is pretty solid. Made in USA. You can't beat the quality. If I needed a sterling silver money clip I would buy a...

I just picked this up and I am pretty pleased. Just what I expected. I am pleased with the Bark. However, I wish it was a little darker. A great deal for $35. Comparable to other belts in the...

2 words - shiratake noodles. Zero calories and I swear the stuff expands to twice its size in your stomach. It takes the hunger pangs away. Also, caffeine helps. I usually make a cup of chai tea with splenda and some nondairy creamer and that seems to help with the hunger.
do these make you poop all the time since they are so fibrous? do you think it would be a bad idea to eat these more than once a day?

bump.
i'm thinking of trying this, but the results from the br boards are kinda depressing. people post results of 8, 9 weeks of dieting and 1% decrease in bf.
i'm not sure if i'm doing the calipers correctly, but currently i'm around 14, 15. i'd like to get sub 10.
will 1 or 2 rounds of ud2 work?
arggh. i've read so much these past weeks i dont know what's what anymore.
somebody just get me down to sub 10

Try RFL instead of UD - it will be easier to drop down to 11-12%. Then UD if you're feeling up to it, but it's a lot harder to dial in.
Indeed, I think that w/ UD2, it takes at least a couple of wks to really get it crackin' (so to speak). Especially for anyone unfamiliar with cyclical dieting, it may take quite a few times to figure out the carb-ups... I was thinking of doing an 8 wk cycle for my summer cut, but stumbled on to IF so didn't do it.
