so, i am on vacation for the next week and then, after having spent the last 20 weeks, respectively, on a hybrid of 2.0 and the anabolic diet and then a cycle, i am going to follow the ultimate diet to the letter.

having gone down now to about 11.5% bf, I would like to hit around 8%. i will chart my progress starting 9/7. i know you are all waiting with baited breath.

Monday to Thursday you'll be grumpy as hell. On Friday you'll be bouncing off the walls from the carb load.

This should be fun.

yeah, on my prior carb load days, i never went above 3g per lb. i am gluten sensitive so i dunno how i am going to force them down. also, 10-12g/per lb seems counterintuitive to fat loss but i know, i know...

I found the longer 8 or even 12 day program more effective for fat loss. Can't say if it cost more muscle, but that was never a concern for me.

Yes. Back of book he talks about making it 7 days to fit people's schedules. There's a few threads on BR that talk about a 12 day version. More days to diet and a reasonable amount of time for the carb load.

For some reason, every trainer/coach/whatever on the net becomes a dick at some point. Probably due to having the same question asked a million times when you've spelled it out clearly in several places. Still, I find a lot of his posts on BR and the mean forum hilarious.

I'm using the Anabolic Diet at the moment. That thing makes me grumpy as hell on the 4th day of no carbs.
